FilFla focuses on providing quality for key clients	FilFla b.v. has become operational in Feb 2023 as a service provider in project management with a focus on highly regulated business areas like medical devices. It was possible to start FilFla b.v. after having successfully operated FilFla as a one person business based in Belgium. The business moved to the Netherlands and was incorporated as a LLC (b.v.). In 2025, FilFla b.v. has expanded its activities with the incorporation of Anna Hardy into the team, adding Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) and Policy Analysis support to the support functions available to clients. The aim for the next years is to enlarge the client base while keeping our focus on personalized support and high quality outputs. The objective is to help organizations and companies fulfill their projects. This can either be done through the provision of short term guidance, enabling them to start moving in the right direction or by engaging in a long-lasting mutually beneficial relations for longer term cooperation
Maarten.Schokker@FilFla.nl	Maarten Schokker Senior Consultant and Founder Prior to starting his career as a freelance project manager and subsequently founding FilFla b.v. in Feb 2023, Maarten gained experience in the field while working as a manager in a high-tech medical device company developing, manufacturing and finally using a cancer treatment center employing a novel technique (Proton / Carbon Ion radiation technique. The company was built from the ground up, where he contributed to all aspects related to quality management and the development and certification of the medical device. Prior to that, he gained experience in product development while working for a large Copier and Printer manufacturer in The Netherlands as well as during his time (2005 - 2011) at a world renowned international organization in Switzerland (CERN).

With work assignments across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa in the fields of migration and aslyum, she brings ample expertise in project development, management, policy analysis, as well as stakeholder coordination and liaison across various national and cultural contexts.
